Everyone says it, but we actually mean it. Our phones are answered by people, not machines so that we can help you. Since we are a small company, you have the opportunity to talk to the same person every time you call building a relationship between you and our representative.
We understand how confusing Medicare rules and regulations can be, and with the constant changes to the program it can be difficult to know what is and isn’t covered. Ostomy and Urological supplies are all that we carry, and Medicare is the only primary insurance that we handle, so you can be assured that we are up to date on every change that is made. After you have completed the initial Enrollment form, we will take care of the rest. We verify your coverage, contact your Doctor for the medical documentation Medicare requires, and if necessary, verify your last order information with your previous supplier to avoid overlaps in coverage.
We will never automatically ship products to you, and we will never ship items that you don’t order. Not only is this our firm policy, it is a requirement of Medicare. When it is time for your next order, you have two options; You can contact us when you’re ready for supplies, or we can contact you. If you are not ready for more supplies, then no order will be placed until you are. You will never find a surprise package waiting on your doorstep.
It is important to build trust, so we will never sell or provide your personal information to other companies, and all communication with us will remain private. The only exception is providing Medicare and/or your other providers with the information that they need or request.
